Popularna fitnes blogerka je na Instagramu objavila svoje fotografije in dokazala, da so kilogrami samo številka in spodbudila druge ženske, da pozabijo na tehtanje in začnejo razmišljati na drug način.

Anderson ran us around a million miles an hour and we are all covered in sand and beyond worn out but beyond happy.? || GUYS I gotta be honest with you. This has been my worst week of eating in a looooooong long long time and I don't know what is going on but I just have not been able to get it together!? I have eaten all the things basically every other day this week.? I start out great and healthy then I just lose my mind?? And I could easily just not mention it or post about something else but it's on my mind and more than anything, I just want you to know that IT'S NORMAL. (At least for me??) And yeah, I eat really really clean most if the time but it was not something that came easily to me. And every now and then I have times like this week where for no good reason I just slide back into my "old" eating ways and the motivation is just not there. THE DIFFERENCE though, between now and when I started, is that I am in such a healthier place mentally. I may not have killed any of my workouts this week, but I still did them. I may not have eaten the best, but every day I gave it an effort. Most importantly, am I a little bummed? Sure! BUT what I'm NOT is depressed or guilty or mad about it. Life has ups and downs and this is MY healthy LIFESTYLE. This week wasn't my best in that regard, but I'm still proud of my effort and I'm not about to let it throw me off. Moral of the story? BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF. Do your best. Live life. Do your best to be healthy but pleaseee don't beat yourself up if your best turns out to be fries and a slushie. It happens.????Maybe that's not the best advice but I'm a firm believer life is to be enjoyed! Now go ENJOY the rest of your weekend lovelies! Blogerka Kelsey Wells je na svojem profilu objavila tri fotografije s tremi različnimi težami: 65 kg, 55 kg, in 63 kg. Njeni sledilci so ugotovili, da je videti najboljše na zadnji fotografiji, na kateri ima celo 8 kilogramov več od svoje želene teže. Kelsey se je odločila, da bo svojo osebno izkušnjo delila z ženskami po celem svetu. Opisala je svoj boj s kilogrami in naredila kolaž treh fotografij s tremi različnimi težami.

»Pozabite na tehtnico! Ugotovila sem, da je čas za prijazen, vendar močan opomnik. Ženske, prenehajte biti obsedene s številkami na vaši neumni tehtnici. Nehajte razmišljati, da  teža odraža vaš razvoj in prosim, da neki kilogrami ne vplivajo na raven samozavesti, tako kot so vplivali name.«

Kelsey je sledilcem še razkrila:

»Vsi, ki razmišljate tako kot sem jaz, vam prosim, da me poslušate. Visoka sem 170 cm in imam 63 kilogramov. Ko sem začela s telovadbo 8 tednov po porodu, sem imela 65 kg, pred zanositvijo pa okoli 58 kg. Zaradi svojega napačnega razmišljanja sem bila prepričana, da je moja idealna teža 55 kilogramov, da bom lahko oblekla svoje najbolj ozke kavbojke. Po nekaj mesecih vadbe in dojenja sem dosegla svoj cilj. Glede na moja prejšnja razmišljanja in standarde boste mislili, da imam zdaj slabo vest. Hvala Bogu, da sem se končno naučila, da svoj uspeh merim skozi stvari, ki so zares pomembne: moč, spretnost, vzdržljivost, zdravje in sreča … Imam samo 2 kilograma manj kot po porodu, vendar se je moje telo popolnoma spremenilo. Nikoli nisem imela toliko več mišic in toliko manj maščobe. Nikoli nisem bila bolj zdrava, kot zdaj in nikoli se nisem počutila boljše v svoji koži kot danes!«
